About the course

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a diploma-level program designed to train students to become skilled nurses who can provide comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and communities, including midwifery and maternal care. The course focuses on preparing students to handle a variety of patient care situations, from routine nursing care to complex medical emergencies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidate must qualify UPGET (UP GNM Entrance Test) entrance exam conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow.

The age limit for admission to a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

10+2 with a minimum 50% marks (minimum 45% in English) Science (PCB/PCM), Commerce, Science, Arts.

Minimum Age: 17 Years.
